Can I get arrested for leaving a nasty note on my husbands car?

my husband left me 1 month ago and went MIA I found out he is shacking up with this woman he told me he was staying in a motel. He hasn't once given me any money for child support or bills. He has only come by once to see the kids for a total of 2 hrs and I am totally angry when I found where he was I saw in his truck a nice new cowboy hat and a new pool stick I am just sickened by what they are doing and I want to leave a big old nasty note on his truck just so he knows he's not getting away with anything. I dont know why he can't just tell me the truth probably because he figures if it doesn't work out he can come back. I know it won't accomplish anything but it might make me feel beter and get some of my anger out all I do is cry and am just so pissed at what he has done?
