I had a dream about being pregnant at 14?

I am 14, and about to be a freshman in high school. I am kind of nervous for it all in real life. In the dream, I was at a school function, when I looked down and saw I was pregnant. It did not surprise me. I then saw either two male teachers or fathers who proceeded to ask "Is that belly real?" I responded, yes. I then saw one of my real life friends who I had a crush on at the beginning of seventh grade. He casually rubbed my big belly and told me he was excited for our baby. People have told me he likes me. I then went to my apparent job, which was mopping floors at a small motel. My water broke, and I ended up at these small hospital, where I did not labor, but just gave birth. It was a baby boy, and we ended up leaving the hospital minutes after he was born. We got back to my house, and it was decorated with Thomas the Tank Engine stuff, and we decided to name the baby Shane Thomas. (I don't know if those names mean anything?) My friends then took me to the beach, although we live in a landlocked state. People were staring at me and saw my stretchmarks and were calling me fat. We went to the changing rooms/restrooms and there was a mask of like Bob Marley or something. I went home to my baby, and the father, and then I woke up.
