Why is Satan the bad one?

Lol one dude says the serpent could TALK and was not satan.....Another dude says satan will torture you in hell..hmm god made hell not satan..what is wrong with you crazy people? Have you lost your mind? In school they teach you one plus one is two, not one plus one equals a talking snake and satan will have more power than you if you go to hell ummm my guess is he will be burning to all thanks to your god the torturer.....
